How it Works
1. Complete our Notification Form.
Fill out general details including:
- Type of Notification (Activate Systems, Notify Agencies, Test, etc.)
- Chemical(s) Response
- Roadblocks, Shelter in Place, Evacuate
- Agencies Contacted
- Time of Incident, Secure Time
2. Identify location on the map and the receiving agencies.
3. Send the notification.
